Meet Our Medical Leaders

After graduating from medical school, Dr. James and Dr. Brian Cotter worked as general surgeons and internists in Irish hospitals, and part-time in off-site clinics for cosmetic procedures. During this time, they were disturbed to see many clinicians prioritizing profits over patients, using unqualified providers. Motivated by their medical oath to first, do no harm, the brothers established a practice focused on medical expertise and patient-centered aesthetic care.
