Younger, skin-conscious patients generally require three cycles, while we recommend four cycles for older patients or those with specific problem areas.

If PDRN is right for you, the procedure is quick, taking about 5-10 minutes with a tiny needle to inject just under the skin. You may notice some swelling, particularly in the under-eye area, which typically subsides within 24-48 hours.

With any injectable treatment, swelling and bruising may occur. Your doctor will advise if you are likely to bruise post-treatment. This can take anywhere from 5-10 days to resolve, and you can cover the area with makeup 24 hours after the treatment. For under-eye treatments using polynucleotides, expect swelling for 24-48 hours. This area has relatively thin skin, so swelling may appear more pronounced compared to other areas.
